Detroit guy charged with homicide after crash kills boy, 5, on bicycle


WARREN, Mich. A Detroit guy who were loose on bond following a June crash that killed a 5-year-old boy is again in custody after new proof led a pass judgement on to extend the rate he faces to second-degree homicide.
