An Amber alert for two missing Milwaukee children was cancelled late Sunday. Police did not say where Winter E. Harbour and 1-year-old Safari Harbour were found. Both children were last seen Sunday in the 3500 block of 13th Street in Milwaukee, according to the Milwaukee Sensitive Crimes unit.Police said the father of the children, 36-year-old Darrell A. Harbour (pictured below), shot the children’s mother and left in the victim’s vehicle with his two children at approximately 11:30 a.m. on Sunday. He is armed with an firearm, and remained at large Sunday night. According to police, the mother was taken to a local hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries. The vehicle is a 2007 maroon Chevy Impala with Wisconsin license plate AHA-8816. Billboards on the highway have been put up, alerting residents to be on the lookout.
